We have a comprehensive Performance Management System in place through which employees have a clear sense of their job objectives and specific targets each performance period. In addition, the system focuses on identifying each individual’s areas of development based on assessed performance which happens both informally and formally at various times throughout the year. The performance data obtained through this process helps us identify short and longer term developmental needs and/or job changes where necessary such that at each point in time we have the right person in the right job performing optimally.
